On July 18th Take The Bridge turns 9 YEARS OLD! And of course, we are throwing a race!

To celebrate this milestone we are heading to a bridge that’s been requested since the beginning … the GWB!! We are super excited to partner with Boogie Down Bronx Runners as they host us for this anniversary celebration. They will show us their neighborhood, and bring their community to this race!

We are going back to our OG format; our standard alley cat style race. The race will start and finish in the Bronx, and will be roughly 10K in distance. Details will be emailed to runners the night before the race and checkpoints released to runners at race check in on race day. Please note this race will be an open course on streets, foot paths, and through intersections. Runners should have experience running with traffic on open streets.

*Once we have more then 3 runners sign up in the non-binary field, we take the total registration of non-binary runners and award it to the first place winner in this division.

** Please honor our efforts to hold space for non-binary runners. Our policy: If you sign up under the non-binary field and do not identify as non-binary you will be removed from the race start list, and no longer allowed to run TTB races in the future.
